Due to the Chinese government National Sword Policy, 2017 became the year of change in the renewable commodity industry. The Chinese Government has banned all import of scrap and waste materials, which will greatly impact the supply chain to various industries. I believe this event brings a tremendous opportunity for Greenwell.

In 2017 we acquired Tianjin Gesun Metal Recycling Co., Ltd. This state of art facility is located within Ziya Industrial Zone, meets the current government environmental regulation, and has thirty thousand tons of processing ability. This facility will focus on processing domestic scrap and waste materials which complies with national environmental regulation. This will help Greenwell become a major supply force for raw nonferrous metals such as copper, steel, and aluminum.

Greenwell also obtained a majority of Domodo International Corp., which is located in Greater Los Angeles Area. The company has been in the recycling and remanufacturing business for 14 years. With their experience and reputation, they will help Greenwell take steps towards making a global impact.
